Clive Joy has 25 years experience in various businesses, in the oil and trading industry. Mr Joy is the founder of LCAL.
President, Stephen Clarke
Stephen Clarke has 35 years experience in aircraft engineering, technical and operations management (including Rolls-Royce, British Airways), most recently in airline operations as COO of Virgin Nigeria and, prior to that, as Technical Director of Kenya Airways.
Special Counsel Tax and Corporate Governance, Tim Bennett
Tim Bennett has over 28 years of legal experience in international commercial and taxation matters.

Russell Samples has 20 years of legal experience, most recently as Regional Director of Aircraft Contracts at the Contracts/Legal Department of Boeing Commercial Airplanes.
